Apply via universityadmissions.se

Create an account on universityadmissions.se and apply to up to 8 programs per intake. Application fee: SEK 900 (non-refundable). Deadline: mid-January for Autumn intake.

Upload Documents

Upload transcripts, language certificates, and supporting documents to the portal by the deadline. Originals may be requested later.

Admission Results & Acceptance

Offers are released in April. Accept your offer by the deadline and confirm your place. Conditional offers require final transcripts.

Apply for a Swedish Residence Permit online via Migrationsverket as soon as you receive your admission. Apply at least 2 months before your program starts. Fee: SEK 1,500.

Non-EU students pay tuition: SEK 80,000–180,000/year (~€7,000–€16,000). Fees vary by university and program. EU citizens study for free.

You must show SEK 8,568/month of available funds for your residence permit (for living costs). This can be a bank statement or scholarship letter.
