Visit university websites (ETH, EPFL, UniDistance, etc.) or swissuniversities.ch to explore programs. Decide between a public cantonal university, federal institute, or UAS.
Check Recognition of Your Degree
Swiss universities assess the equivalence of your Indian degree. Bachelor's degrees from IITs/NITs are often directly accepted. Others may need extra preparatory work.
Language & Documents
English programs: IELTS 6.5–7.5 or TOEFL 90+. German programs: C1 German (TestDaF/Goethe). French programs: DALF C1. Prepare transcripts, CV, SOP, LORs, passport.
Apply Directly to University
Switzerland has no centralised application portal. Apply directly through each university's website. ETH Zurich deadline for Master's: 15 December (for Spring) and 15 April (for Autumn).
